Return Policy

We want you to love your Vestra Waist Cincher. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of damage, and in their original packaging. To begin a return, simply contact our support team with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll provide instructions. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
